Undertaking a project implies an exhaustive analysis of the client’s objectives, the place in which it is developed, the different regulations that affect it and its economic viability. The success of any commission lies, to a large extent, in this previous study: physical and environmental characteristics, regulations, costs and needs of the promoter.
Developing a project means leading a multidisciplinary work team, which allows for better results and a broader vision of the assignments. For this reason we have a large group of professionals made up of architects, engineers, surveyors, interior designers, lawyers and economists with a high degree of specialization in the different areas that we address, such as interior design and image, architecture, engineering and urban planning.
